At MTB Direct, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next ride. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Submit Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your gear and attach the provided shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
